Interview Guidelines

picture1Interviews at Guardian Monster are conversations between like minded individuals working to help people who have Guardian Monsters of their own.  We believe that the best people to help people suffering is to discuss our own challenges and how we learn to care for our guardian monster.  Guardian monsters can be any form of mental illness.  Clinical Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit, Bipolar Depression, Schizophrenia, PTSD, Season Depressive Disorder or others.

We want people to hear success stories from all walks of life.  We interview individuals who have a guardian monster and those who help the afflicted.  These people range from Therapists, Nurses, Psychologists, Psychiatrist, Dietitians, Spiritual Leaders, Friends and Family members.

Our Interviews are casual conversations normally lasting 1 hour in duration.  The interviewee has final approval regarding any content before it is produced for publication. We strive to make our interviews a safe place to discuss the difficult details of mental illness and the wisdom from those who diligently work to care for Guardian Monsters.  The dark parts of our personal stories are the birthplace of our healing and the healing of others.

What is your connection to mental illness (guardian monster)?

How did you learn you had/have a mental illness?

How does your mental illness manifest itself in your daily life?

Personal stories of the pain your guardian monster has caused you and the ones around you.?

What were are some of the things that make your monster stronger?
